BFL Day 1
Well today was the first day I wrote in my Body for LIFE (BFL) journal. I worked out pretty intensely last week but this is the first week I’m officially following BFL to the letter. I had a killer workout today and my meals were perfect. I didn’t get in all 6 but the 4 I did get in were on time and were healthy. I also made 2 extra meals for the week as planned. I’m liking the success journal, lets hope it helps me get back on track with my goals. Tomorrow morning I’m getting up really early and going to the gym with my buddy Chris. He wanted to get on track and it’s always better working out with someone else rather than alone. Anyhow, off to get a good nights sleep.
