Spin Makes Me Ravenous
My third week on the program is going great. I had a phenomenal upper body workout on Sunday with Amy. On Monday we got up bright and early and had a 45 minute spin class that was humbling to say it simply. I made it about 15 minutes in before I started breaking down and had to sit and rest a few times before catching up with the rest of the class. I always have a great workout at spin which in turn makes me ravenous all day. I never felt like I ate enough yesterday … it was crazy. Today I got up early and had my lower body workout. I hit my 10′s but I had to do too many reps. I’m going to have to raise the weight next time I do lower body in order to hit those 10′s though. In all I’ve nailed all of my workouts and was able to get up early every day to perform them on an empty stomach.
My eating this week is going just as well, excluding sunday where I wasn’t able to get all 6 meals in because we slept in late. Don’t worry, I still ate great though. Other than that I haven’t had a single discrepancy or snack. This weekend I cooked some power pancakes for the next few weeks and froze them. I’ve been planning my meals and exercises every night for the following day.
I’m going to kick butt these next 2 weeks throughout the holidays. I still plan on participating in the holiday festivities with some strategically placed free meals but I also plan on working out every single day and eating healthy between all of my meals. Wish me luck …
