Upcoming Endurance and Willpower Challenges
I’m finishing out my 3rd week on this challenge and getting ready to start week 4. This upcoming week is going to definitely be the test of my endurance and willpower. I really did great following a strict regiment this past week. I did every workout in the morning, hit every meal, and planned each and every day. I had today off work and I still decided to get up at 5am and workout. I was afraid that if I didn’t I might get out of the groove. I measured myself this morning on the scale, just in case I don’t take the scale with to Michigan. Anyhow, as of this morning I was down another 3.5 pounds. Not bad, I was hoping for a 4 pound loss so I could hit 370 but I have today still. Who know’s how my body loses, I’m not sure if I’m an early week loser or late week loser.
I’m planning my freeday tomorrow. we’re planning on going to Frankenmuth for dinner and to walk around. I haven’t been there in something like 15 years. Amy and I are still planning on working out while we are in michigan since there are a few Life Time Fitness locations. I’ve packed enough supplements for 3 people so I shouldn’t have any trouble there. I even picked up some extra Myoplex ready to drink shakes. Who knows, maybe we can even get some of my family into the gym with us. That would be way cool …
