Down 100 Pounds!!!
Well I’m finally back to where I was on my birthday in 2000 and then again in February of 2001. I’m down 100 pounds since January 2000 and 36.5 pounds since December 2002. I obviously still have a long road to travel but I’m making great progress every day. I updated my fitness timeline with last challenges results, my short term goals for this challenge, and my long term goals.

Good job Sean. You’re kicking butt. Remember I told you I was doing that program, well doing real good with workouts, not so much with eating. Am eating better, and most are authorized meals. 6 meals, is just to much though to me.
