Reset Challenge 3

As you may have noticed I reset my counter for challenge 3. I had to restart this personal challenge because I wasn’t really doing it. I was half ass working out and one quarter ass eating. Well none of that crap any longer.

I’m now eating and working out at 100%. I went out an picked up another success journal this past weekend. It worked last time and kept me honest so why not this time as well? I started filling it out and setting my goals in stone for this next 12 weeks.

My overarching goal for this year is to break 300. Attainable and yet extremely challenging. With the biking I’m planning on putting in this summer and a new focus i can do it!
