Body for LIFE, Take 3

Amy and I will be starting a Body for LIFE challenge tomorrow. We want to get on track with our health and fitness and are using this as a jumping board. Sometimes making small changes can have a huge effect but with fitness drastic changes are often needed to elicit a change. We’ve noticed our diet changing over time and decided now was the time to make the changes needed. Tt won’t be easy, but together we can do it.

I’m planning on using my blog again to help remain accountable for my progress and changes. I’ll update the site with my starting point, goals, progress, and information about the program.
