		<description>yes! listen to your body. I used to push through workouts when I was sick. And it did me absolutely NO good and I end up worse than when I started the workout. 

Now, when I am sick, I even take off from exercise 2 days or so after I start feeling better. I totally let my body recover. That&#039;s what works for me.   :)
