Awesome stroller! I don't know if I'd ever get one, but then again, we'll see what I think when I have kids. Maybe by the time I have kids, they'll have robots pushing strollers for me. That'd be pretty sweet.

As for running in VFFs, HOORAY! I'm glad you're back! I think about form and tempo a LOT. I think that's basically all I do when I run now.

Yogi's question IS interesting. I never thought about the fact that your arms would be locked, which would make running kind of zombie-like. Keep the VFF updates going! Want to hear all about your training :)

Cool stroller! hehe. I hope when I have kiddos I have a running stroller so I can run! It's great that you are being active with your kids already.

I didn't run much with my arms locked on the bar when I think about it. I ran with one hand on the bar and the other moving and switched back and forth a lot. Since the buggy moved so well and kept it's line really well it was pretty easy to do this. I also tried giving the buggy a little push (holding the strap of course) and I was able to keep it ahead of me for like 5-6 seconds, again because it was a smooth ride with low friction. I guess if try that and see how it works on your buggy, maybe you to need a new one ;)

How did you find running while keeing your arms "locked in" holding on to the stroller? When I tried running with the stroller it felt really awkward to not swing my arms. Have you been able to overcome this?
