		<description>DUDE, you&#039;re DOWN. That&#039;s awesome.

I&#039;m up. And it&#039;s from a lot of bad foods and very little training/minimal running. I used my birthday week as an excuse but I&#039;m ending that habit NOW. Well, I ended it yesterday, but I feel like summer definitely changes things up. There are so many people around and so many things to do that sometimes I put my health on the back burner.

Keep it up and continue pushing forward. You&#039;ve got this :)
