Saturday’s My Mass Measuring Day

It’s that time again, it’s been two weeks since my last weigh-in. As I mentioned in my posting yesterday I’ve had some solid successes getting my sodium under control and I’ve been enjoying my workouts.

Weighing In At 280.0So lets get on to seeing how the scales been moving.

Previous Weight — 283.8 lbs (on 05.12.2012)
Current Weight — 280.0 lbs
Change In Weight-3.8 lbs

Needless to say I’m really happy with that loss. I had my ups and downs, we ate out a bit (healthy choices were made), we cooked at home, I had some free meals, I ate a few bad random things, but otherwise we did good and had a really well rounded few weeks.

We’re entering crunch time here shortly … number 3 is arriving soon so it’ll be a real test to how solid of a foundation I have and if I can maintain it under stress. It’s crazy exciting thinking about a new baby being around the house and how the kids (and us parents) are going to handle adjusting to a third.

If these two are any indication we’re going to need a larger center island to do our laps around, more on that in another posting!

    Nice loss! I’ve learned to appreciate each and every ounce as they disappear from the scale. Those are earned! ;)

    Great loss Sean!!! You have always been great at finding new and inventive workouts. I am sure Zachary will fit right into that. I am down 44…. only 22 to go to my first goal. Feelin’ good :0)
