Saturday’s My Mass Measuring Day
It’s that time again, it’s been two weeks since my last weigh-in. As I mentioned in my posting yesterday I’ve had some solid successes getting my sodium under control and I’ve been enjoying my workouts.
Previous Weight — 283.8 lbs (on 05.12.2012)
Current Weight — 280.0 lbs
Change In Weight — -3.8 lbs
Needless to say I’m really happy with that loss. I had my ups and downs, we ate out a bit (healthy choices were made), we cooked at home, I had some free meals, I ate a few bad random things, but otherwise we did good and had a really well rounded few weeks.
We’re entering crunch time here shortly … number 3 is arriving soon so it’ll be a real test to how solid of a foundation I have and if I can maintain it under stress. It’s crazy exciting thinking about a new baby being around the house and how the kids (and us parents) are going to handle adjusting to a third.
If these two are any indication we’re going to need a larger center island to do our laps around, more on that in another posting!
