Welcome Our New Son Zachary
It’s been a long night and day but it’s finally done and we’ve welcomed another little member to our family, Zachary Michael Willson. After 6 hours of labor mom was a champ, but then again this is her third so she’s a pro now 
He arrived a week before our scheduled date at one day shy of 38 weeks. He weighed in at 7 lbs 12 oz … smaller than Brad when he was born.
The funny thing about this delivery was that it was exactly like with Brad, we stayed up late and were working on about 2 hours of sleep when he decided he was ready to join us so off to the hospital we went at 4 am.
Abby & Brad came to see their brother yesterday afternoon and they were quite happy to see him, Brad particularly so. He didn’t want to give him up and kept demanding to hold him. He threw down a few small eye pokes and gentle head pats to welcome him to the family.
It was really nice seeing all three of them together at last. Abby’s been excited to see him and help feed him and she finally got her chance.
It was a smooth birth and mom did amazing. Zachary has been checking out the world with his big eyes at every opportunity. Like Brad he loves to look around at anything and everything.
Thanks to everyone for the kind and positive thoughts, we really appreciate it. It’s going to be a fun journey with three kids, I can’t wait to see what’s around the corner next.
