Here is a graph of my progress since I started working toward a healthy lifestyle. Like everyone I’ve had my up’s and down’s. I’ve divided the below timeline into entries with notes as to what happened where. I’ve also added my long term and short term goals along with the date’s when I’d like to achieve them.
Each entry below contains the date of the entry and some statistics for that entry. The left number is my weight on that date and the right number is my waist measurement on that date. If you have any questions about the information feel free to drop a line. I love to answer questions and help people with health & fitness.

I took some time to turn my progress up to the end of May 2011 into a real graph to visualize my journey in a more traditional line graph.

As you can see I’ve failed a few times, but I keep getting up and starting again. I don’t want to be fat and overweight forever, that isn’t the person I want to be.
I just have to give it to you! You’ve come a long way and I only hope one day I can do so as well. Congrats on the milestones you have achieved!
Thank you very much … while I’m not yet done I have come a long way.
I must say, amazing. what program did you follow. I am too trying to lose weight. please check out my blog. thank you:)

Wow! Great, great job! It’s nice to see that despite setbacks and periods of inactivity, you were still able to push through. Very inspiring.
I’ve recently hit my all-time goal of losing 50 lbs. I thought THAT was impressive, but I can see now that I’m just a pipsqueak compared to you. I don’t need to lose any more, though. I’m happy with my weight.
Keep it up! I support your journey.
What an excellent journey! I love that you never give up no matter the bumps and hurdles! What an inspiration you are…Oh and by the way your kids are adorable! Congratulations on your next steps and your new arrival!
Only found your site while googling for reviews on Cycle Helmets. Your weightloss/fitness improvement is amazing. So many people make excuses you have put in a long hard effort to achieve such great results.good Luck for the future.
Your perseverence is very inspiring. Thank you for logging all the ups and downs. Just want to send you a word of encouragement. I hope you have a buddy to stand with you and pray for you! A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. Ecc 4:12 Many blessings on your journey!
Found your site looking up Lose It Badges – love that list, thanks!
I have to say, I’ve tried blogging about my weight loss before but every time I fell off the wagon I felt like I had to redo my site and start over. Seeing all your stops and starts along the way are so much more motivational! How awesome to see that just because you stop your plan for a few months and gain some of your hard earned losses back, it doesn’t mean you have to give up. Thanks for sharing all the ups and downs of your journey!
Everyone has already commented anything I could say to you. You’re awesome man! YOU CAN DO IT!
I commend you for your goal on staying fit and losing that excess weight. I know what your going thru, I am 62 and because of the weight product I am able to maintain my health and weight. Many folks tell me (I hope that it’s not just being nice to me) but they tell me I don’t look my age. It’s all due to my meal replacement shake I take every morning. I hope that you too will try this shake an notice the change in your overall health….good luck and keep up the goal and don’t give up….
Cheers
Thank you for sharing! I can see myself in your journal. You gain weight at the same times I do! Those holidays are a bummer when it comes to trying to eat right. I can see there are times where you got off plan but you always came back. Thank you for sharing your struggles and accomplishments. It inspires me to persevere like you did, even through the low times!
You are truly a great role model for your precious children.
You have definitely come a long way Sean and am sure you will hit your September 2012 goal! Very inspirational; we all face setbacks but keep at it!

I was searching for Nike+ apps reviews and found your site. It’s great to see that you are staying on the road to better health, which honestly is a never ending journey. You are proof that “it can be done” to those that have so many excuses for why they can’t do it.
Great long-term trend, here’s to a successful 2013!
