Weight-Loss Timeline

Here is a graph of my progress since I started working toward a healthy lifestyle. Like everyone I’ve had my up’s and down’s. I’ve divided the below timeline into entries with notes as to what happened where. I’ve also added my long term and short term goals along with the date’s when I’d like to achieve them.

Each entry below contains the date of the entry and some statistics for that entry. The left number is my weight on that date and the right number is my waist measurement on that date. If you have any questions about the information feel free to drop a line. I love to answer questions and help people with health & fitness.

I took some time to turn my progress up to the end of May 2011 into a real graph to visualize my journey in a more traditional line graph.

My 200 Pounds Weight Loss Journey Chart

As you can see I’ve failed a few times, but I keep getting up and starting again. I don’t want to be fat and overweight forever, that isn’t the person I want to be.

Wow! Great, great job! It’s nice to see that despite setbacks and periods of inactivity, you were still able to push through. Very inspiring.
I’ve recently hit my all-time goal of losing 50 lbs. I thought THAT was impressive, but I can see now that I’m just a pipsqueak compared to you. I don’t need to lose any more, though. I’m happy with my weight.

Keep it up! I support your journey.
